I lived across the street from this place my senior year of college, and because I didn't have a meal plan, I was on my own when it came to food. I've spent many an afternoon here either eating lunch or grabbing a quick gelato. My favorites were the four cheese panini and also their cannolis.

Their gelato line up always changes, so I'd really recommend stopping by.

I had a long drive ahead of me to Indianapolis and it was a warm day so I wanted something cold.   Jeanne's was close to downtown where I was so I stopped in.

Don't blink because you might miss the place.   It's in a tiny strip mall with a tiny angled parking lot on the street.   The place can't be more that 10 feet wide.

But if you can't find it, don't give up.  You will be rewarded by an array of gelati and sorbetti that will cool you off and quench any thirst.

This is definitely one of Evansville's little hidden gems. Everything is homemade and reminds me of stuff my grandma used to make. The gelato is absolutely authentic. Not sure why anyone would claim otherwise unless they're just a hateful snob with unrealistic expectations. It's far better than any store bought crap I've ever tried. As far as the soup and paninis, I have never been disappointed. Everything right down to the brownies and Italian sodas are amazing, and this is coming from someone that normally doesn't drink soda.. EVER. One of my favorite things is their affogato. Any flavor of gelato you choose drowned in fresh espresso. Incredible!! I absolutely adore this place and love going there for a nice lunch. It's so nice and refreshing to have a place like this around town! ^_^

Moved back to the neighborhood and was excited to have a lunch place nearby.  Was sadly disappointed when I tried it.  Their gelato is not authentic, and their "paninis" are a complete joke.  Cheap white sandwich bread, not pressed long enough to even get a hint of brown.  Just turned out dry and cold and falling apart.  Seriously one of the worst sandwiches I've ever eaten.  Real sad.

This is a little hidden treasure. We were visiting and found this place on Yelp looking for a ice cream place.  The gelato was excellent and the lady's service was very good. She even came out of the counter and talk to us asking where my son played soccer. I had chocolate and hazelnut and loved both flavors.
